No. Individual private or corporate journeys may be arranged, subject to suitability and availability. Membership is intended for clients who travel regularly and value protected availability, consistent service and a closer ongoing relationship.

Each vehicle is shared within a limited circle of compatible members, with access planned around their individual requirements. On your agreed days, the vehicle and driver remain available throughout the journey.
No. Membership is not offered as a fixed package or bundle of hours that can be added to a basket. Begin an enquiry by email, WhatsApp or the website form, after which BOXSEAT will discuss your requirements and recommend an appropriate arrangement.
Yes. BOXSEAT manages executive journeys, regular business days, airports, roadshows, hospitality and complex multi-stop schedules. We can coordinate directly with travellers and executive assistants, providing the same vehicle and driver from first collection to final return. Corporate accounts, memberships and gifting experiences can also be discussed.
BOXSEAT is based in Nottingham but provides private travel nationwide. While the Midlands is our home, journeys are arranged throughout the UK, including London, commercial airports, private-aviation terminals and destinations farther afield. Availability and arrangements for each journey are confirmed personally.
No. BOXSEAT does not operate as an instant-booking or on-demand transfer platform. Journey requests can be made by email, WhatsApp or the website form, then reviewed and confirmed personally so the vehicle, driver and wider schedule can be properly prepared.
